Viruses sometimes (rarely) get placed into secret folders that I
cannot access. If I can't fix that, I do not charge for my time
trying. It's time for you to restore your system from the backup you
were instructed to make when you first got your machine. I can do that
if you bring to me the CD/DVD you created... but so can you do it.

IMPORTANT: If you are one who downloads music or
video files, then you are likely to have Malware /
Trojan that is quite difficult and very tedious to remove. (iTunes is
safe, utube and other music is not.) There is a lot of free stuff
out there, but it's hard to know ahead of time if it is one of the countless
traps waiting for you to invite in their trojan masked as a toolbar,
screensaver or other wonderful thing.
